Job Description
We are looking for a Bengali-speaking Telecaller to handle customer calls and provide excellent support. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Bengali.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in Bengali (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and/or English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in BPO/Customer Support/Telecalling is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
