Position - Manager Finance

Qualification - Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location - Khed Shivapur, Pune
Annual CTC - ₹15,00,000 – ₹25,00,000
Working Days - Monday to Friday
Weekly Off - Saturday & Sunday
Key Responsibilities :
1. Financial Planning & Analysis
- Develop and implement financial planning processes and tools to support business decisions.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
- Drive CAPEX planning and identify innovative funding solutions to support expansion plans.
2. Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, taxation laws, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
- Maintain strong internal financial controls and governance practices.
3. Cash Flow Management
- Monitor and manage organizational cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
- Develop cash flow forecasts and optimize working capital management.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks related to cash flow and funding.
- Implement effective treasury and cash management practices.
4. Financial Operations & Controls
- Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Supervise the overall accounting function and conduct periodic internal audits.
- Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and negotiations with financial institutions.
- Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
5. Financial Strategy & Decision Support
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies for new investments and business initiatives.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and associated risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of operational and strategic initiatives.
6. Product Costing & Pricing
- Develop and monitor product costing systems in collaboration with Production, Design, and Supply Chain teams.
- Analyze costing variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Support pricing strategy decisions in coordination with the Sales team to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
7. Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams.
- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and results-oriented work culture.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in financial management.
- Support employee development through coaching, training, and performance management.
Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, costing, MIS, and cash flow management.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced spreadsheet applications.
- Knowledge of taxation, audits, compliance, and financial controls.
