Position: Special Educator
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Special Education from a recognized institution.
- Active CRR Registration Number (mandatory).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Priority will be given to candidates specialized and trained in Mental Retardation (MR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and support students with special needs in accordance with CBSE guidelines.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s requirements.
- Provide one-on-one and group interventions to enhance academic, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborate with subject teachers to adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies for inclusive education.
- Conduct orientation sessions and workshops for teachers and parents on inclusive practices.
- Maintain detailed records of student assessments, interventions, and progress reports for compliance and audits.
- Ensure integration of special needs students into mainstream classrooms wherever possible.
- Provide counseling and behavioral support to students facing emotional or social challenges.
- Stay updated with CBSE policies, inclusive education practices, and professional development programes.

Employment Terms:

Pay: ₹12,876.88 - ₹42,268.12 per month
