Job Summary
EIG Overseas is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students interested in studying abroad. Your responsibilities include connecting with prospective students, explaining our services, answering queries, and scheduling appointments with our education counselors.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through phone calls.
- Respond to inquiries regarding study abroad programs and services.
- Explain courses, universities, visa processes, and admission procedures.
- Schedule counseling appointments and maintain follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and leads.
- Coordinate with the counseling team to ensure a smooth student experience.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/Google Sheets).
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is an advantage.
