Job Summary:
The BDM is responsible for providing guidance and support to students throughout their
learning journey in the IT training and placement institute. This role involves advising
students on course selection, tracking their academic progress, providing career counseling,
and helping students achieve their personal and professional goals.
Roles n Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and
- leverage growth opportunities
- Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face counselling sessions.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and support with post sales activities
- Calling and continuous follow-up with the prospect client
- Technical Skills required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- 3 years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing Industry preference will be Education Sector
- Ability to motivate, guide, and support students in achieving their goals.
