Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Faculty – BBA Logistics to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom instruction to BBA Logistics students, developing academic content, mentoring students, and supporting their overall academic and professional development.
Subjects to Be Handled
The selected faculty will be responsible for teaching the following subjects:
- Entrepreneurship – Entrepreneurial concepts, opportunity identification, business idea development, business planning, startup ecosystem, innovation, and entrepreneurial skills.
- International Business – Global business environment, international trade, global markets, multinational businesses, international business strategies, and cross-border operations.
- Business Management – Principles of management, planning, organizing, staffing, directing, controlling, leadership, decision-making, and managerial skills.
- Modern Business Environment – Contemporary business trends, technological developments, globalization, changing market conditions, sustainability, competition, and emerging business practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lectures for BBA Logistics students.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Use practical examples, case studies, and industry-related scenarios to enhance student learning.
- Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and other academic activities.
- Guide students in academic projects, assignments, presentations, and case studies.
- Monitor student attendance, academic performance, and overall progress.
- Provide academic mentoring and support to students.
- Maintain accurate academic records and documentation.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, seminars, and institutional activities.
- Stay updated with current developments in business management, international business, entrepreneurship, and the logistics industry.
- Contribute to curriculum-related and student-development activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching/faculty experience.
- Candidates with experience teaching BBA, Logistics, Business Management, or related programs are preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge in Entrepreneurship, International Business, Business Management, and Modern Business Environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good classroom management and student-handling abilities.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly using practical and industry-oriented examples.
