E-commerce Business Developer, the Key Result Areas (KRAs) can be:
1. Business Growth & Revenue
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Drive revenue growth across marketplaces and online channels.
Identify and onboard new e-commerce platforms and business opportunities.
2. Account Management
Maintain strong relationships with key account managers.
Negotiate commercial terms, promotional activities, and business plans.
Resolve operational and payment-related issues.
3. Advertising & Promotions
Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns.
Achieve target ROAS/ACOS for ad spends.
Manage promotional events, deals, and seasonal campaigns.
4. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
Ensure optimum stock availability across channels.
Coordinate with supply chain teams to minimize stock-outs.
Monitor inventory health and forecast demand.
5. New Product Launches
Coordinate successful product launches across marketplaces.
Ensure timely content creation, listing, and inventory readiness.
Track launch performance and optimize sales.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and profitability metrics.
Prepare weekly and monthly business reviews.
Identify growth opportunities through data insights.
9. Profitability Management
Monitor margins, commissions, and promotional spends.
Improve contribution margin and channel profitability.
Control discounts and advertising costs.
