Job Title: Regional Manager - Sales and Application Engineer (Cutting Tool Industry)
Experience: 10 – 15 Years in related industry
Qualification: B-Tech / BE in (Mechanical, Production or Automobile)
Diploma (Mechanical, Production or Automobile)
Job Description:
- Mapping of customer base potential for products / solutions being offered
- Identification and development of Key accounts
- Sales planning and execution of activities in line to targets
- Work in co-ordination with Channel Partner team for business development activities
- Provide Application based technical support and recommendation of tools.
- Creation of Value based Techno-Commercial offers for customer.
- Timely collection of Receivables through effective follow up with customer.
- Handling entire sales procedure, from generation of inquiries to collections of receivables
- Handling post sales activities, mostly technical support, generating reports, addressing issues etc.
- Travel across and to allocated markets to monitor and develop business.
- Business development by adding new customers and increase share in existing customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments on applications and commercial information.
- Creation of Reports / Database that will help and support system for business conversion and maintain a record of applications.
- Promote our product lines by coordinating with the internal teams of product managers or the field engineers.
- Evaluate metrics on specific product lines and instruct the team to adjust inventory appropriately
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit your findings and analysis to senior management
- Serve as the point of contact with customers and distributors in your region
- Inform senior management of any discrepancies or issues with sales team goals and results
Skill Sets Required:
- Relative experience in cutting tool industry
- Team handling
- Understanding of customer base at the desired location
- Understanding of the Machining process and influencing factors on productivity
- Experience in Threading and Milling applications and Machining Strategies
- Generation of Value Proposition and Value-based selling.
- Study of component drawings and applications, effective communication, problem solving through logical reasoning, good interpersonal skills, build customer rapport.
- Soft Skills: MS Office Applications, Hands-on CAD would be an added advantage
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
