Role Description
The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective clients, explain visa and immigration services, and guide them through the consultation and enrollment process. Responsibilities include meeting walk-in and scheduled clients, conducting needs assessments, presenting suitable service packages, addressing client questions, maintaining follow-ups, updating client records, coordinating with the operations team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate information about immigration options and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
· Engage prospective clients and understand their immigration requirements.
· Explain visa and immigration services and recommend suitable solutions.
· Conduct consultations and present service packages.
· Handle client queries and objections professionally.
· Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments.
· Update CRM/client records accurately.
· Coordinate with the operations team for seamless processing.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to customer satisfaction.
· Provide accurate information regarding immigration options and timelines.
Qualifications & Skills
· Strong sales consulting and consulting skills.
· Excellent customer service and customer satisfaction skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication in English; local language proficiency is an advantage.
· Experience in sales, immigration services, or education consulting preferred.
· Ability to manage multiple client cases and achieve sales targets.
· Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and client-focused mindset.
· Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
· Undergraduate degree in any discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
