Trainee Gold Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Explain the company's gold buying process clearly and professionally.
- Assist customers with gold valuation and documentation.
- Learn and follow the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support senior staff in daily branch operations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and transaction details.
- Ensure all customer information is kept confidential.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Participate in outdoor marketing and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Keep the branch clean, organized, and ready for customer visits.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical standards.
- Attend all training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge.
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email).
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, honesty, and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
Additional Advantage
Candidates with knowledge of gold appraisal will be given preference. Experience or familiarity with:
- Identifying gold purity (Hallmark, KDM, etc.).
- Basic gold testing methods.
- Gold weight and valuation calculations.
- Handling gold appraisal equipment.
- Assessing ornaments for stones, wastage, and net gold weight.
Knowledge of gold appraisal is an added advantage, but freshers are encouraged to apply and will receive training.
