Role:
To operate VMC machines for machining of dies and tool components.
Responsibilities:

Operate VMC machines for die and mould components

Handle machines with FANUC control systems

Perform basic CNC setup and operations

Ensure required quality and dimensional accuracy

Carry out basic machine maintenance
Skills Required:
-
Experience in VMC machining (Die & Mould area)

Knowledge of FANUC control system
-
Basic VMC programming knowledge

Understanding of machining processes
Qualification:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
Preference:

Experience in forging dies & tools machining
-
Knowledge of Makino machine operation

Basic machine maintenance knowledge
