KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Field & BTL Marketing Activities Execute all referral BTL (Below-The-Line) activities as per the marketing plan Conduct eye health camps in schools, colleges, corporates, religious institutions, and housing societies Represent the Sentra Eye Hospital brand at trade exhibitions, health fairs, and community events Organise Eye Screening Camps, CMEs, Medical Education Workshops, Seminars, and community outreach programs to raise awareness about eye health Referral & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Ophthalmologists, Opticians, Optical Shops, Pharmacists, and Corporates Liaise with General Physicians, Medical Shop owners, and allied healthcare providers to foster referral networks Demonstrate and present Sentra Eye Hospital's services and specialties to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers Business Development & Revenue Growth Identify and pursue new business development opportunities in the assigned territory Focus on driving OPD revenue growth through consistent field activity Increase referral-based business by deepening relationships within the healthcare ecosystem Meet or exceed monthly outreach and business development targets Reporting & Administration Maintain and submit detailed records of daily and monthly visits and business activities (MIS) to management Execute all additional marketing activities as assigned by the management
