Job Summary:
The Sales Manager – uPVC Profile Division will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing dealer and project networks, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets for uPVC door and window profiles. The role requires strong market knowledge, team leadership, and strategic sales planning.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and expand dealer/distributor network.
- Generate business from fabricators, builders, contractors, architects, and developers.
- Identify new market opportunities and project leads.
- Handle B2B and project sales.
2. Market Strategy & Planning
- Develop territory-wise sales strategy.
- Analyze competitor activities and pricing.
- Suggest promotional activities and schemes.
- Monitor market trends in uPVC profiles and building materials.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
- Ensure timely payment collections.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with operations team.
4. Team Management
- Lead and guide sales executives / area sales managers.
- Set KPIs and monitor performance.
- Conduct sales meetings and training sessions.
- Support team in closing major deals.
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with production, estimation, and dispatch teams.
- Submit regular MIS reports to management.
- Maintain sales pipeline and forecasting.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of uPVC profiles, doors & windows systems.
- Experience in dealer network development.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management ability.
- Market analysis and forecasting skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & CRM software.
