Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive / E-Marketing Executive for handling sales and customer coordination of civil construction products including steel, pipes, chemicals, and related building materials. The candidate will be responsible for managing IndiaMART inquiries, generating sales, customer follow-ups, and dispatch coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries from IndiaMART, calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Promote and sell civil construction products such as steel, industrial pipes, construction chemicals, and related materials.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Follow up with customers regularly for quotations, orders, and payments.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales through effective communication and convincing skills.
- Coordinate with dispatch and accounts team for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Develop new customers and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Maintain records of inquiries, customer interactions, and sales updates.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling and follow-up ability.
- Basic knowledge of civil/construction products preferred.
- Familiarity with IndiaMART and online inquiry handling.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp communication).
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Candidates with sales or telecalling experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
