- Planning & prep of mise en as per production
- Preparation of basic doughs
- Assisting in menu R&D, croissant lamination & assembly of dessert
- Knowledge of cookie doughs, sponge/teacake batters, pastry cream, etc
- Assist in preparation of savoury fillings for the bread menu (Indian/European)
- Receiving in charge of the raw material after QC
