Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams. Manage offer letters and candidate follow-ups. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Handle employee onboarding and documentation. Conduct induction sessions for new hires. Manage exit formalities and clearance processes. Attendance & Leave Management Monitor employee attendance and leave records. Ensure compliance with company attendance policies. Maintain accurate HR records and reports. Employee Engagement Organize employee engagement activities and events. Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment. Support performance review and appraisal processes. HR Operations Maintain employee files and HR databases. Prepare HR reports and MIS. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,154.72 per month
