Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive retailer acquisition, KYC verification, retailer onboarding, B2B sales, and order generation for our FMCG Quick Commerce platform. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding retail stores onto the online platform, completing onboarding formalities, ensuring document compliance, and driving sales growth across North & West Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new retailers, kirana stores, supermarkets, and FMCG outlets onto the company's online ordering platform/app.
- Conduct market visits to acquire and activate retailers.
- Complete retailer onboarding formalities, including registration, documentation, and account activation.
- Collect, verify, and upload KYC documents such as GST Certificate, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Shop Establishment License, Trade License, and other required business documents.
- Ensure compliance with company onboarding policies and KYC verification processes.
- Assist retailers with app installation, registration, profile creation, and platform training.
- Drive order generation and achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to ensure repeat business.
- Educate retailers on product offerings, promotional schemes, and platform benefits.
- Monitor retailer activity and ensure active engagement on the platform.
- Resolve retailer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and order fulfillment.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide market intelligence to management.
- Maintain accurate records of retailer visits, onboarding status, KYC completion, and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5+ years of experience in FMCG Sales, Quick Commerce, B2B Sales, Retail Distribution, E-Commerce, or Retail Onboarding.
- Experience in retailer acquisition, KYC documentation, and merchant onboarding preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of FMCG distribution and retail ecosystem.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications, CRM tools, and digital onboarding platforms.
- Ability to work independently and achieve field sales targets.
Preferred Background
- Experience with Quick Commerce, B2B Commerce, FMCG Distribution, Merchant Acquisition, Retail Tech, or Marketplace Platforms.
- Existing network of retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in North & West Delhi will be an added advantage.
