Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Shift Incharge to manage daily warehouse/logistics operations for our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) setup. The candidate will be responsible for smooth shift handling, team coordination, and timely dispatch/receiving activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations during assigned shifts
- Handle inbound and outbound logistics activities
- Ensure proper inventory management and stock accuracy
- Coordinate with team members for loading/unloading and dispatch
- Monitor attendance and productivity of shift staff
- Maintain discipline, safety, and operational standards
- Prepare basic reports and update data in Excel/system
- Coordinate with supervisors and management for daily operations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months experience in logistics / warehouse / 3PL operations
- Basic knowledge of warehouse processes
- Ability to handle team and work in shifts
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
