The Customer Relation Executive will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, enhancing guest experience, and creating a welcoming café environment. The role focuses on customer engagement, community interaction, feedback management, event coordination, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction to increase repeat visits and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and interact with customers to create a warm and engaging café experience
- Build strong relationships with regular guests and encourage customer retention
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
- Coordinate customer engagement activities, café events, and community-driven initiatives
- Support promotional campaigns, collaborations, and in-house activations
- Maintain customer database and collect feedback for service improvement
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers and café operations team
- Encourage positive reviews, referrals, and word-of-mouth marketing
- Assist in creating a lively and customer-friendly atmosphere within the café
- Monitor guest satisfaction and suggest ideas to improve overall customer experience
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold brand image at all times
