We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Sales Associate to engage with large corporates and promote healthcare initiatives under their CSR programs. The role focuses on building partnerships with companies by helping them channel their CSR spending into impactful medical infrastructure projects. The candidate will primarily sell the concept of healthcare-focused CSR initiatives, which may include the deployment of medical equipment through our organization.
The role will involve identifying CSR opportunities, engaging with corporate stakeholders, presenting healthcare solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales process. This position requires frequent travel and strong relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- CSR Opportunity Development: Identify and engage with companies looking to implement healthcare initiatives through their CSR programs, and position our medical equipment solutions accordingly.
- Concept Selling: Promote the idea of allocating CSR funds toward healthcare infrastructure and medical equipment that can create measurable social impact.
- Corporate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR heads, corporate decision-makers, and partner organizations.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and concept notes showcasing how medical equipment deployments can create measurable social impact.
- Lead Generation: Actively prospect and generate new leads through networking, events, and outreach to corporate CSR teams and foundations.
- Deal Closure: Manage the partnership development cycle from initial engagement to proposal, negotiation, and confirmation of CSR collaborations.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of equipment once partnerships are finalized.
- Travel & Field Engagement: Visit corporate offices, CSR events, and partner organizations to develop opportunities and maintain relationships.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured pipeline of CSR prospects, track engagement progress, and regularly update internal teams on partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, CSR engagement, consulting, business development, or a related field.
- Experience in public health, healthcare, or CSR initiatives is a strong plus.
- Engineering background preferred (Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, or related fields).
- Willingness to travel frequently for meetings, events, and corporate outreach.
- Preference for candidates who own a bike for local travel.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.

- Kolkata (6 days a week) – Sector 5
- Frequent travel within West Bengal and occasional travel to other cities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
