Key Responsibilities :
Brand Partnerships (B2B)
Identify, pitch, and onboard brand partners and sponsors.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands and key stakeholders.
Drive partnership conversations from outreach to closure.
Explore new revenue opportunities through strategic collaborations.
Community & Business Growth (B2C)
Support the planning and execution of community events and experiences.
Develop initiatives that strengthen community engagement and drive business growth.
Coordinate with creators, partners, and vendors for seamless execution.
Founder's Office
Work closely with the founder on strategic initiatives and business priorities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution.
Bring structure, ideas, and accountability to ongoing initiatives.
AI & Operations
Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, research, outreach, and workflows.
Explore automation opportunities to streamline internal processes.
What We're Looking For?
1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, founder's office, marketing,
consulting, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Highly proactive with an ownership mindset.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and solving problems independently.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
