Position: Tutor – PRT/TGT English (Grades 1 to 10)

Roles Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students through the online platform.
Provide clear explanations of English concepts and demonstrate effective problem-solving strategies.
Stay updated with curriculum standards and educational best practices in English.
Build strong connections with students and create a supportive and motivating learning environment.
Design well-structured lesson plans to prepare students for assessments and examinations.
Deliver lessons using various teaching methods, including visual presentations, audio resources, practical activities, and other engaging strategies.
Adapt teaching methods according to different learning levels and student needs.
Bachelor’s Degree in English (Master’s Degree preferred).
Previous experience as an English teacher, preferably in an online teaching environment.
Strong grammar, vocabulary, and spoken English skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with online tutoring platforms and digital teaching tools.
Strong knowledge of English Language and Literature.
Degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred).
Technical Requirements
- Laptop/Desktop with Intel i5/i7 processor or equivalent.
- Functional webcam and microphone/headset.
- Stable high-speed internet connection.
- Power backup for uninterrupted classes.
