Position: Business Development & Customer Care Executive
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹26,000/month + Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide proper information
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Follow up with customers and prospects
- Support business development and sales activities
- Generate new business opportunities through communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the team and maintain customer records
- Assist in achieving monthly business targets
Eligibility:
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calling & computer work
- Candidates from outside Nagpur can also apply, if willing to relocate
