Gold Coins Club & Resort, a premium hospitality destination in Electronic City, Bengaluru, is hiring Room Attendants (Housekeeping) to maintain guest rooms and cottages with high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation aligned with professional hospitality practices.
Position Title: Room Attendant – HousekeepingLocation: Gold Coins Club & Resort, Electronic City, BengaluruAccommodation: Sharing accommodation provided in a semi-furnished apartment owned by the Managing Director, within 100 meters from the resortMeals: Food provided on all working days at the resortPosition Objective
To ensure all guest rooms and cottages are clean, well-maintained, and ready for occupancy, delivering a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests.
Key ResponsibilitiesRoom Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, cottages, and bathrooms.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels.
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean furniture and fixtures.
- Ensure proper arrangement of amenities and room supplies.
Hygiene & Standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Follow housekeeping SOPs and safety procedures.
- Ensure rooms are cleaned within the required turnaround time.
Guest Support
- Respond to guest requests promptly and politely.
- Replenish amenities such as toiletries, water, and essentials.
- Report any guest complaints or issues to supervisor.
Maintenance Reporting
- Identify and report maintenance issues (AC, plumbing, electrical).
- Ensure all equipment and fittings are in working condition.
Coordination
- Coordinate with front office for room status updates.
- Work with housekeeping supervisor for daily task allocation.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSLC / PUC preferred.
- Experience in hotel / resort housekeeping preferred (freshers can apply).
- Physically fit and able to handle daily cleaning tasks.
- Basic communication skills (English/Kannada preferred).
- Disciplined, polite, and hardworking.
