We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules and Oracle technical development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle SCM modules such as Order Management (OM), Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), Work in Process (WIP), and Bills of Material (BOM), along with strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, OAF, Reports, AOL, and RICE components.
The consultant will be responsible for requirement analysis, solution design, technical development, customization, testing, deployment, and production support while collaborating with business users and cross-functional teams.

Analyze business requirements and prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD).

Design, develop, and support Oracle EBS R12 customizations, extensions, and enhancements.

Develop RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions) using Oracle EBS development tools.

Work extensively on Oracle SCM modules including:
- Order Management (OM)

Purchasing (PO)

Inventory (INV)

Work in Process (WIP)

Bills of Material (BOM)

Develop and enhance Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, OAF pages, and PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.

Develop inbound and outbound interfaces using Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, and Concurrent Programs.

Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.

Perform Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.

Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, Oracle DBA teams, Oracle Support, and cross-functional teams.

Participate in application deployments, patches, upgrades, and post-production support.

Follow Agile methodologies and utilize JIRA for defect tracking and sprint management.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and Oracle development best practices.
