Job Purpose
To accurately enter, update, and maintain company data in computer systems, ensuring information is complete, correct, and available for business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter production, inventory, purchase, sales, or other departmental data into the company's ERP or computer system.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering it into the system.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
- Generate reports as required by management.
- Scan, file, and organize physical and digital documents.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.
- Correct data errors and ensure timely updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Assist in documentation, filing, and administrative tasks.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and data security guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Experience in a textile manufacturing company is preferred.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
