Site Supervisor – Interior Projects
Experience Required
Minimum 6 years (Interior Fit-outs)
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day site activities and labor workforce
* Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
* Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other vendors
* Monitor quality of materials and workmanship
* Maintain site discipline, safety, and cleanliness
* Track daily progress and report to Project Manager
* Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
* Ensure timely completion of snag lists and final handover
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes and materials
* Ability to read and interpret drawings
* Good leadership and workforce management skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
* Basic documentation and reporting skills
Preferred Profile
* Experience in residential and commercial interior projects
* Familiarity with Mumbai vendors and site practices
* Ability to manage multiple sites if required
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
