Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Student Counsellor to join our overseas education consultancy team. The candidate will guide students in choosing suitable study abroad programs, universities, and countries based on their academic background, career goals, and financial situation. The role also involves handling admissions support, follow-ups, and converting student inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Guide students in selecting universities, courses, and countries.
- Explain admission requirements, visa processes, and scholarship opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and maintain student records in CRM.
- Assist students with application and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams for admissions updates.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 6months – 1 Years of experience in overseas education counselling or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and convincing ability.
- Knowledge of study abroad processes and visa procedures is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office .
