Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and passionate Assistant Professor – Finance to join our college faculty team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures in Finance, Accounting, Banking, and related subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.
- Conduct practical sessions, assessments, internal examinations, and evaluations.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and career-related matters.
- Stay updated with current developments, industry practices, and finance trends.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, faculty activities, and college events.
- Maintain academic records and student performance reports.
Eligibility:
- M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with UGC/NET/SET/Ph.D. will be preferred, as applicable.
- Strong subject knowledge and good communication skills.
- Teaching experience in a college/university is preferred.
