Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and trained Firefighter to join our Fire & Safety team for a large integrated township comprising residential towers, commercial buildings, and a shopping mall. The candidate will be responsible for fire prevention, emergency response, operation of firefighting systems, and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations across the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to fire, rescue, and emergency situations.
- Conduct routine inspections of firefighting equipment and systems.
- Operate and maintain fire pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, extinguishers, and alarm systems.
- Carry out fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises.
- Monitor fire safety compliance across residential, commercial, and retail areas.
- Report hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in firefighting or fire safety operations.
- Knowledge of fire detection and suppression systems.
- Fireman Certificate or relevant Fire & Safety qualification preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of handling emergency situations.
- Experience in residential, commercial, mall, or township projects will be an advantage.
