The Tous (Grid IT Solutions) is a digital agency working across web development, digital marketing, social media, branding, and e-commerce. We work with businesses across India and international markets.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team and handle day-to-day design requirements across multiple client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create social media posts, ad creatives, banners, website graphics, and marketing materials.
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Work on CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop for design requirements.
- Understand client briefs and convert ideas into professional designs.
- Create designs in different formats and dimensions as required.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain consistency in branding and visual quality across projects.
- Handle multiple client projects and meet deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop.
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, colours, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good sense of design and visual communication.
- Ability to understand a brief and work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience
1–3 years of relevant graphic design experience preferred.
