Key Responsibilities
- Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with daily tasks
- Answer phone calls and queries from patients and healthcare professionals
- Process prescriptions and handle paperwork
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and maintain the pharmacy environment
- Assist with patient counseling and education on medication use
- Handle cash and card transactions,
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
