Key Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations (where applicable), FEMA, and other corporate laws.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and secretarial documents.
- Draft agendas, notices, board resolutions, minutes of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings.
- Coordinate with Directors, Auditors, Regulatory Authorities, and external consultants.
- Prepare and file statutory forms, annual returns, and other documents with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other regulatory authorities.
- Support incorporation of companies, LLPs, and other corporate restructuring activities.
- Assist in conducting Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs).
- Monitor statutory compliance calendars and ensure timely filings.
- Conduct legal and secretarial research on regulatory updates and corporate governance matters.
- Maintain compliance records and support internal and statutory audits.
- Assist in drafting corporate policies, agreements, and governance-related documentation.
- Perform other secretarial and compliance-related assignments as required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
