Job Title: Translator (Hindi / Punjabi / English)Roles & Responsibilities
- Translate written and audio content between Hindi, Punjabi, and English while preserving the original meaning, tone, and context.
- Translate app questions & answers, blogs, social media content, and other digital content for the Apni Kheti platform.
- Proofread translated content to ensure accuracy in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
- Research and use appropriate agricultural terminology to maintain translation quality.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to create and translate engaging content.
- Create compelling content copies and adapt existing content for different audiences while maintaining consistency.
- Organize and save translated files as per company guidelines.
- Meet assigned quality standards and turnaround timelines (TAT).
Qualifications RequiredEducation
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in Languages, Journalism, Literature, Mass Communication, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience as a Translator, Content Writer, Interpreter, or in a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent language proficiency are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent command of Hindi, Punjabi, and English (written and verbal).
- Strong translation, proofreading, and writing skills.
- Excellent grammar and attention to detail.
- Good typing speed in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online translation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
