Role Summary
We are seeking a technical expert to lead our omnichannel data strategy using the Adobe Experience Cloud/Plateform. You will be responsible for engineering end-to-end data flows—from initial web/app tagging to complex cross-channel stitching in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Your primary goal is to provide a 360-degree view of the customer by unifying online behavioral data with offline sources (CRM, Call Center, POS) within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain XDM schemas and datasets within Adobe Experience Platform. Build and manage Connections and Data Views in CJA to enable unified reporting
- Develop and deploy tracking solutions using AEP Data Collection (Adobe Launch) and the Adobe Web SDK
- Implement advanced identity management to link customer touchpoints across devices and channels using persistent IDs
- Create derived fields and complex calculated metrics in CJA to ensure consistent KPIs across the organization
- Perform rigorous data validation and auditing of timestamps and primary keys to ensure data integrity
- Partner with marketing and product teams to translate business questions into technical tracking requirements.
Required Technical Skills
- Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics, CJA, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Advanced JavaScript (for tagging), SQL (for data querying), and JSON
- Experience with Adobe Web/Mobile SDK and Event-Driven Data Layers (EDDL)
- Proficiency in building interactive dashboards, fallout diagrams, and attribution models
