We are seeking a passionate and experienced IBDP Hindi Teacher to join our International Baccalaureate faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Hindi language instruction aligned with the IB Diploma Programme (DP) framework, fostering students’ language proficiency, critical thinking, and intercultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging IBDP Hindi (Language B / Language Acquisition) lessons aligned with IB curriculum standards
- Develop unit plans, lesson plans, and assessments in accordance with IB DP objectives and assessment criteria
- Teach Hindi language skills including reading, writing, listening, speaking, and literature appreciation
- Prepare students for IB internal and external assessments (IO, writing tasks, exams, etc.)
- Use inquiry-based and student-centred teaching methodologies
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs and proficiency levels
- Integrate ATL (Approaches to Learning) skills into classroom teaching
- Monitor, assess, and report student progress regularly with constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and learning outcomes
- Encourage cultural awareness and appreciation of Hindi language and literature
- Collaborate with DP coordinators, language department staff, and other IB faculty
- Participate in IB curriculum planning meetings, moderation, and professional development workshops
- Contribute to school events, cultural programmes, and co-curricular activities

Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent command of Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Knowledge of IB assessment criteria and inquiry-based pedagogy
- Ability to create engaging, interactive, and concept-based lesson plans
- Tech-savvy with digital teaching tools (Google Classroom, AI tools, presentations, etc.)
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills
