Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Nadiad, Gujarat
Qualification: B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering
Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply (preferred if experienced in reporting and coordination).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with field engineers and inspectors to collect daily work updates.
- Follow up with site teams to ensure timely submission of reports and documents.
- Verify photographs and supporting documents received from project sites.
- Review inspection reports for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Maintain project records, reports, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Track pending activities and communicate with internal teams for timely closure.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel, Word, and other office applications.
- Support project managers in day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks.
Required Skills:
- B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to verify project photographs and documentation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
- Basic understanding of project documentation and reporting.

- Self-motivated and organized.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Willing to work from the Nadiad office.
Job Location: Nadiad, Gujarat.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
