We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse for the Operation Theatre (OT) to provide high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about surgical protocols, sterile techniques, and patient safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the operation theatre before surgeries, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterile and ready
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures
- Monitor patients’ vital signs before, during, and after surgery
- Maintain strict aseptic and infection control protocols
- Handle surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies efficiently
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care to patients
- Ensure proper documentation of patient records and surgical procedures
- Coordinate with the surgical team for smooth workflow in OT
- Respond promptly to emergencies in the OT
Requirements:
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM qualification
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate
- Experience in Operation Theatre preferred
- Knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures
- Ability to work in shifts, including night duties

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
