We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operational Manager to oversee our daily business operations in Multi Chain Scan center (Laboratory & Diagnostics) , improve efficiency, and ensure the smooth functioning of our organisation. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational activities.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations.
- Prepare operational reports and analyse performance metrics.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation.
Pay: ₹14,202.43 - ₹22,366.71 per month
