Job Summary:
J Prime Group is looking for an experienced Head – Sourcing Manager to lead the Channel Partner (CP) Sourcing function for our real estate projects in Panvel. The candidate will be responsible for leading the sourcing team, expanding the CP network, generating business opportunities, and achieving project sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the CP Sourcing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Set team targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
- Develop and execute strategies for Channel Partner acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, property consultants, and Channel Partners.
- Expand the CP network across Panvel, Navi Mumbai, and nearby markets.
- Drive qualified leads, site visits, bookings, and business through the CP network.
- Identify and develop relationships with high-performing Channel Partners.
- Conduct CP meetings, project presentations, training, and partner engagement activities.
- Guide the team in generating new CP leads and activating inactive partners.
- Coordinate with Sales and Closing teams for lead follow-up and deal conversion.
- Track team performance, CP productivity, leads, site visits, conversions, and bookings.
- Monitor competitor projects, market trends, pricing, inventory, and CP activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing reports for management.
- Develop new sourcing strategies to improve project sales and market penetration.
Candidate Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Channel Sales, CP Sourcing, or Business Development.
- Strong experience in team management and leadership.
- Established network of Channel Partners, brokers, and property consultants.
- Experience with a real estate developer preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Panvel/Navi Mumbai real estate market.
- Proven record of achieving sales and sourcing targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.
