Job Brief
We are looking for a focused Machine Operator cum Hand-Filler to join our pharmaceutical production team. You will be responsible for operating blister packaging machinery and performing precision manual capsule filling. This role requires a high commitment to cGMP standards and a sharp eye for quality control.
Your Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, run, and troubleshoot blister packing machines PVC).
- Manual Filling: Hand-fill capsules using trays/scrapers, ensuring exact weight and dosage.
- Quality Control: Perform leak tests, seal inspections, and verify batch coding.
- Sanitation: Execute strict line clearance and equipment cleaning between batches.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing (Packaging/Encapsulation).
- Skills: Strong manual dexterity and familiarity with cGMP/SOPs.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to detect minor packaging defects or weight deviations.
- Physical: Ability to stand for shifts.
