Aurora Clothing is a growing women's ethnic wear brand focused on creating stylish, comfortable and affordable fashion. We believe every outfit should make women feel confident while staying true to everyday comfort.
We're looking for someone who loves creating content, enjoys being in front of the camera, and wants to grow with an emerging fashion brand.
Your Role
This is not a graphic designing or traditional social media management role.
You'll be the face behind our content, helping us create engaging videos and photos that showcase our collections across Instagram, Facebook and our website.
If you enjoy fashion, trends, styling outfits and making Reels, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Confidently appear in front of the camera wearing and styling our products.
- Shoot product videos, styling videos, GRWM, transitions and trend-based content.
- Brainstorm creative content ideas every week.
- Capture product photographs and lifestyle images.
- Assist during photoshoots and campaign shoots.
- Edit videos using apps like CapCut or similar tools.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, trending audio and viral formats.
- Work closely with the founder to plan weekly content.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
- Loves fashion, styling and ethnic wear.
- Has a creative mindset and enjoys storytelling through content.
- Knows Instagram Reels and current trends.
- Can shoot videos using a smartphone.
- Has basic video editing skills.
- Is enthusiastic, proactive and willing to experiment with new ideas.
Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Experience creating fashion or lifestyle content.
- Photography skills.
- Canva knowledge.
- Experience with CapCut, VN or InShot.
- Basic understanding of Instagram growth.

Salary
₹13,000–₹20,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)
Performance incentives and growth opportunities will be offered as the brand expands.
