Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Purchase Head / Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement operations for a fast-growing multi-outlet restaurant chain. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in purchase planning, vendor management, procurement, commercial negotiations, inventory coordination, cost optimization, and procurement analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing operations.
- Develop procurement plans based on business requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Monitor purchase reports, MIS, and procurement performance.
- Analyze purchasing trends and optimize procurement costs.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.

Eligibility:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 5+ years of overall procurement experience.
- 2+ years as Purchase Manager, Procurement Manager, Purchase Head, Supply Chain Manager, or a similar role.
