Role Overview
We are seeking a highly reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Founder / Managing Director across both professional and personal domains. This role requires someone who can operate in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and act as a central point of coordination across business functions as well as personal affairs.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Executive Support
• Coordinate with department heads to gather timely and accurate data for reporting purposes
• Prepare structured reports across business verticals, highlighting KPIs, performance trends, and areas of concern
• Assist in monitoring financial transactions, banking activities, and cash flows to ensure accuracy and visibility
• Develop high-quality presentations summarizing insights, strategic updates, and performance reviews
• Track key initiatives and follow up with stakeholders to ensure execution and accountability
Process & Operational Efficiency -
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend practical improvements
• Work cross-functionally to streamline internal processes and improve coordination between departments
• Bring structure to ambiguous situations and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Founder Office & Personal Assistance -
• Manage the Founder’s calendar, scheduling, and prioritization of meetings and commitments
• Act as a gatekeeper for communications, ensuring time is allocated effectively
• Coordinate travel, logistics, and itineraries (business and personal)
• Oversee personal administrative tasks, including coordination with drivers, household staff, and vendors
• Ensure seamless integration between professional commitments and personal logistics
Qualifications & Skills -
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant / Founder’s Office / Operations)
• Strong analytical ability with experience in report preparation and data interpretation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and data tools
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of discretion, reliability, and problem-solving mindset
