About the Organization

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven, and relationship-oriented Marketing Manager to strengthen our admissions network across Northern India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with admission consultants, education counselors, schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and channel partners across Northern India.
- Travel extensively across North India to meet admission consultants and promote the undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by IIBS and SSIM-IIBS Delhi Campus.
- Identify, appoint, and manage new admission consultants and education partners.
- Generate quality student admissions through consultant and institutional networks.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, career guidance sessions, and admission awareness programs.
- Ensure regular follow-up with consultants and prospective students to maximize admission conversions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets.
- Maintain consultant databases, daily visit reports, and market intelligence reports.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Analyze competitor activities and identify new opportunities for student recruitment and brand expansion.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Administration preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in educational marketing, admissions, business development, or channel sales.
- Experience in higher education marketing or working with admission consultants will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and result-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Northern India.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- A valid driving licence and own vehicle will be an added advantage.
