Hiring Alert – Business Development Manager (BDM)
KLM Assets Fin is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team and support our business expansion in Ernakulam. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in the NBFC or Chit Fund industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, driving chit subscriptions, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the branch's overall business growth.
Preferred Candidates:
- Based in Ernakulam district, preferably from Kadavanthra, Marine Drive, or nearby locations.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer network for chit fund schemes
- Promote chit products through field marketing, customer meetings, referrals, and networking activities
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing quality service and timely support
- Achieve business and subscription targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitor installment collections, follow up on pending payments, and maintain healthy portfolio performance
- Analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve branch results
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to support business expansion
