To become a Pa Companion, you must meet the following requirements: Age 21 or above
- Access to a working smartphone
- Strong communication skills
- Valid Aadhar card
- Clean criminal record
- Punctuality and commitment to arriving on time for visits
- Passion for providing care and compassion for others
- Excellent listening ability
No previous healthcare training is required to become a Pa Companion.

We don't have a fixed working time. It varies based on our clients' needs. Some visits may be completed within a few hours, while others may take a little longer.
Pay: ₹14,369.33 - ₹23,775.08 per month
