Job Description: Call Centre Executive (US Shift)
Shift Timing: 8.30 pm to 5.30am
Salary: 25K-30K
Location: Ahmedabad
Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Centre Executives to join our team for the US shift. The successful candidates will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a call centre representative or other customer service role.
- Minimum 1 year experience in international process
- Experience in US process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work during US shift hours (7:15 PM to 4:30 AM).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
