Sales Executive – Divine Hindu
Location: Sector 27, Gurugram
Working Days: 6 days working from office, 1 rotational weekly off
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience

About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Executive for a high-volume inside sales calling role in a D2C model. Leads will be provided by the company.
The role requires strong follow-ups, structured customer conversations, good product understanding, and consistent closing ability.
This is a performance-driven sales role. Only serious, confident, and target-oriented candidates should apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls, WhatsApp queries, and website leads
Make a minimum of 150–250 calls per day
Maintain daily talk time of 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours
Conduct 10–15 minute customer sales conversations with a strong closure focus
Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into customers
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products wherever possible
Maintain CRM properly and update customer details accurately
Update basic Google Sheets as required
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order processing
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales
D2C or e-commerce sales background preferred
Comfortable making 150–250 calls daily
CRM experience is mandatory
Basic Google Sheets knowledge required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and disciplined mindset
Ability to handle customer objections confidently
Immediate joiners will be preferred
