We are seeking a motivated, forward-thinking and collaborative professional to join our HSE Process Excellence team as an Experienced Operational Excellence Specialist (Data Analytics & Technology).
This role supports the delivery of data analytics, performance reporting and digital solutions that contribute to HSE operational excellence across Building Automation. The successful candidate will leverage strong analytical and technical skills to transform data into meaningful insights, support automation and digitalisation initiatives, and enable informed decision-making through accurate and effective reporting.
Role Description
As an Experienced Operational Excellence Specialist, you will support the HSE data analytics and reporting function, contributing to the delivery of reporting outputs, dashboards and month-end performance business reviews.
You will perform analysis of safety data to identify trends, insights and opportunities that support operational performance and business objectives. A strong understanding of safety data and its practical application within HSE governance and performance frameworks is important to ensure meaningful and accurate reporting.
Working closely with business stakeholders and the Process Excellence Team, you will help align analytics and reporting activities with operational requirements, support data quality and consistency, and contribute to automation, digitisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will also collaborate with team members to share knowledge, promote best practices and support the ongoing development of analytics and reporting capabilities within the Process Excellence function.
You Must Have

- Good understanding of data analysis, reporting principles and performance metrics.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly to a range of audiences.

- Self-motivated with the ability to manage assigned priorities and deliverables.
- Strong Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working with data-driven reporting and analysis.
